اگر صبح اٹھ کر آپ کو بھی گردن میں درد کی شکایت ہوتی ہے تو سوتے وقت یہ آسان طریقہ آزما کر دیکھیں، ہمیشہ کیلئے چھٹکارا مل جائے گا

گردن میں بل، موچ یا کھچاﺅ ایک ایسی تکلیف ہے کہ جو متاثرہ شخص کو ہلنے جلنے کے قابل بھی نہیں چھوڑتی۔ اس کا شکار بننے والے اکثر لوگ رات کو اچھے بھلے سوتے ہیں لیکن صبح گردن میں شدید درد کی وجہ سے بالکل بے بس نظر آتے ہیں۔

اس مسئلے کو سمجھنے کیلئے پہلے تو یہ جان لیں کہ آپ کی ریڑھی کی ہڈی کے تین بڑے حصے ہیں جنہیں لمبر، تھوریسک اور سروائیکل سپائن کہا جاتا ہے۔ ان میں سے آخری حصہ ہی وہ جگہ ہے جو گردن کے درد کا مرکز بنتی ہے۔ امریکی فزیکل تھراپسٹ مائیک رینالڈ بتاتے ہیں کہ گردن کے اس حصے میں ریڑھ کی ہڈی پر مہروں کے درمیان موجود جوڑوں کو استعمال کرکے ہم اپنی گردن اور سر کو حرکت دیتے ہیں۔ نیند کے دوران اگر سر کا وزن غلط زاویے پر دباﺅ ڈالتا رہے تو ان جوڑوں میں سوزش اور کھنچاﺅ پیدا ہوجاتا ہے اور ان میں اس قدر شدید تکلیف ہوتی ہے کہ سر کو حرکت دینا بھی ممکن نہیں رہتا۔

اس مسئلے سے بچنے کیلئے ایسی پوزیشن میں سوئیں کہ جس میں آپ کا سر آگے، پیچھے یا اطراف میں بہت زیادہ جھکنے یا مڑنے کا امکان نہ ہو۔ اگر آپ پیٹ کے بل سوئیں گے تو آپ کا سر قدرتی طور پر ایک طرف کو جھک جائے گا۔ کمر کے بل لیٹنا بہترین ثابت ہوتا ہے کیونکہ اس صورت میں آپ کا سر تکیے پر ٹکا ہوتا ہے اور گردن کے مڑنے یا سر کے جھکنے کے امکانات کم ہوتے ہیں۔ نرم اور آرام دہ تکیہ استعمال کریں، اور یاد رکھیں کہ اگر صبح اٹھنے پر گردن میںد رد کا احساس ہورہا ہو تو اس پر دباﺅ ڈالنے، مزید کھینچے یا انگڑائی لینے کی غلطی ہرگز نہ کریں ، کیونکہ ایسا کرنے سے مسئلہ انتہائی شدید ہو جائے گا اور درد ناقابل برداشت ہو گا۔اس کی بجائے گرم پانی سے نہائیں اور متاثرہ جگہ کی نرمی سے مالش کریں، اور فوراً ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔

حج کی قبولیت کی نشانیاں

مکہ المکرمہ(نیوزڈیسک)ہر مسلمان کی خواہش ہوتی ہے کہ وہ حج کرے اوربیت اللہ اور روضہ رسولﷺکی زیارت کرے۔جب مسلمان حج کرکے واپس اپنے گھروں کو جاتے ہیں تو ان کے دل میں یہ دعا ہوتی ہے کہ ان کا یہ حج قبول ہوجائے اور اللہ ان کے تمام گناہ معاف کردے۔خاندان اور دیگر لوگ اس کا پرتپاک استقبال کرتے ہیں اور حج کے بعد انہیں ’حاجی ‘کے خوبصورت لفظ سے پکارتے ہیں۔

نبی کریم ﷺکا فرمان ہے کہ جس نے صرف اللہ کی خوشنودی کے لئے حج کیااور بعد میں کوئی برا کام نہ کیاتو وہ ایسے ہی ہیں جسے ابھی ان کی ماں نے انہیں جنا(یعنی وہ گناہوں سے پاک ہوگئے)۔ا

یاد رکھیں کہ حج کے بعد کبھی بھی غرور کواپنےقریب مت آنے دیں اور یہ سوچ رکھیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کو یہ سعادت نصیب فرمائی ہے کہ آپ حج کرکے آئے ہیں۔حج کے بعد نماز،روزے اور زکوٰة دیں کیونکہ یہ فرائض اسلام ہیں اور ان سے پہلو تہی گناہ ہے۔غیبت سے دوری اختیار کریں اور کبھی بھی کسی انسان کا د ل مت دکھائیں۔
حج کی قبولیت یا حج مبرور(حج قبول ہوگیا) کی سب سے بڑی نشانی یہ ہے کہ جب انسان اپنے گھر کو لوٹتا ہے تو اس کی زندگی بدل چکی ہوتی ہے اور وہ اللہ کے احکامات کی بجاآوری میں بالکل بھی سستی سے کام نہیں لیتا۔وہ انسانوں سے اچھا سلوک کرتا ہے اور شیطان کو اپنا دشمن جانتے ہوئے اللہ کی اطاعت کرتا ہے۔نیکی کی جانب اس کا دل راغب ہوجاتا ہے اور وہ کوئی بھی ایسا گناہ نہیں کرتا جس سے اللہ تعالیٰ ناراض ہوجائے۔
